How to Place a Custom Timepiece Order
Step 1: Place Your Order
To place your order on our website, add to your shopping cart the item you wish to purchase. For example, If you wanted to order 75 Classic Billable HourTM watches (50 men's and 25 women's), you would click on the "add to cart" button in the same row in the price chart as "50-99." You will then be taken to a product detail page where you will be able to enter the total number of products ordered (in this example, you would enter 75). Once you are done shopping, click the "checkout" button on any product page. In the customer notes section that appears at Step 3 of checkout, tell us how many men's and women's watches you want. If you prefer to place your order over the phone, call us at 815-346-3468.

Step 2: E-mail Your Logo or Other Artwork to Us
After you have placed your order, e-mail your logo/artwork to us at sales@TheBillableHour.com in any of the following formats:

Step 3: Approve Your Proof
Once we have your logo/design ideas, our professional graphics department will create a custom design, which we will fax, mail or E-mail to you for approval—usually within 3-4 days.

Step 4: Pay the Set-Up Fee
Once you have approved the proof, it's time to pay the one-time $50 set-up fee. You can pay that fee on our website by clicking here: Pay Custom Setup Fee (don't worry: we'll send you a link to the setup fee page once we have received your proof approval) or by calling us and providing your credit card information over the phone.

Step 5: Sit Back and Relax
After you have approved your custom design and paid the set-up fee, we'll take it from there. Our watch order process takes approximately 4-5 weeks; custom clocks take approximately 5-6 weeks. Our rush service (available for an additional $50) can reduce the production time to 10-14 business days. If you need rush service, please call us at 815-346-3468.
The rush service fee does not include expedited shipping. If you also want expedited shipping, remember to choose DHL Second Day or DHL Next Day delivery during Step 2 of checkout. If you need delivery in less than 10 days, please call us.
