What can I have printed on the timepieces?
Absolutely anything! We can print full-color logos as well as black and white ones. Please keep in mind that a watch face is quite small and that too much logo/text may look awkward.

How long for production and delivery?
Our order process takes approximately 4-5 weeks for watches and 5-6 weeks for clocks, depending on the time of year. Our rush service (available for an additional $50.00) can reduce the production time to 10-14 business days. If you need rush service, please call us at 815-346-3468.
The rush service fee does not include expedited shipping. If you also want expedited shipping, remember to choose DHL Second Day or DHL Next Day delivery during Step 2 of checkout.

Are there any additional costs?
All orders are subject to a $50 set-up fee. When reordering, a $30 change of design fee will apply if any changes are made to the original design. Customers are also responsible for shipping charges (which will be automatically calculated at Step 2 of the checkout process). If you are using our Rush service, a $50.00 charge will apply.

We accept the following file formats:
